Very disappointed that these shoes were not a good fit. Secra customer service were very efficient and helpful with first exchanging for a smaller size and then later refunding. Even with the smaller size the straps were still too loose and my feet slid forward when taking a step. I would be keen to try other styles if they were more adjustable. My foot is not a narrow fitting normally

These were so comfortable. Unfortunately they werent tight enough across my foot so kept sliding off. The customer service support i got for exchange/refund was above excellent. Constant communication and advice. I would love to see these with a tighter strap.

These slides are so comfortable and supportive for my flat feet.
Unfortunately the size I ordered were a little too big (I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear. Not sure why!).
